Thank you for visiting and shopping at milliepaperco.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to events beyond our control. Please contact the courier for the shipping status of your order.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Smaller items (stickers, bookmarks, etc.) may be shipped USPS first class mail without tracking. Upgrade shipping is available at checkout if you would like to add tracking to your order.


We are not responsible for items that are shipped without tracking if they are lost in transit.

If your order does not get delivered after a significant amount of time (longer than 1 month), you must contact the courier and MilliePaperCo in a timely manner for a resolution. We are not responsible for failure to contact us within a timely manner. Failure to contact us after two months of your order not being delivered from the shipping date forfeits any and all refunds of any kind. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Milliepaperco.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages

Milliepaperco.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are not responsible for items that are shipped without tracking if they are lost in transit. 

 

International Shipping Policy
